Boarding

Boarding is available for $325.00 per month which includes bedding, hay and grain. We will feed supplements at feeding time with your provided supplements. Our stalls are 10 X 12 with bedding comprised of woody pet, shavings or sawdust. Daily turn out is available in large pastures or in private paddocks as requested.

We will blanket your horse with your provided blanket in cold weather. We are a private barn and we work very hard to provide your horse with the very best of care and a safe and healthy environment.

We schedule two farriers monthly to our facility, so be sure to ask about our schedule if you would like to have your horse included. We know there are times when getting out to the barn for a farrier appointment can be a problem, we will meet the farrier and hold your horse for an additional charge.

We do fill up and often times have a waiting list for stalls. Please let us know if you are interested in boarding with Tru Colors and we will let you know if we have space available.

Riding Lessons

Riding lessons are available during the afternoon on weekdays and all day on the weekends. Private lessons are $25 and Groups are $20 per individual. We offer many different disciplines and our lesson horses are well trained in each of the disciplines we offer to ensure a safe and fun environment. We will do all we can to meet your equestrian goals. Observers are encouraged to use our viewing room when lessons are in progress. For the safety of our students, observers are not allowed in the riding arenas during lessons.

For the beginner, we have everything you need to start off your lessons. You only need to wear a boot with a heel. For the experienced rider, we have horses available for lease to compete in the rated shows.

Training

Horse training is available on a weekly or monthly basis. Our trainers can train your unstarted horse or work on problem areas you would like to address. Our trainers will train your horse with care in a safe and non-violent atmosphere.

Trucking/Trailering

Trailering is offered locally and throughout the North East. Please give us sufficient advance notice for out of state trailering. Our truck, a 2005 Silverado, and 2001 Cherokee trailer are new, state of the art and well maintained. The gooseneck trailer is a 3 horse slant or box stall at your preference. Our fees are based on the needs of owner and horse. We charge $2.00 per mile with a $15.00 loading fee per horse with any over night expenses charged as needed.
